The more processed and artificial = the worse.

These foods are what you want to eat the most of:

  • Raw Nuts / Seeds
  • Herbs / Spices
  • Avocados / Olives
  • WATER – plenty of water!

You’ll want to maintain a balanced intake of:

  • Organic Grass-Fed Meats
  • Free Range Chicken / Eggs
  • Alaskan / Wild Caught Salmon
  • Brown Rice / Quinoa
  • Beans / Peas / Lentils

On rare occasions:

  • Dairy / Wheat / Soy products – These are 3 Major Allergens
