- Herbs / Spices
- Avocados / Olives
- WATER – plenty of water!
You’ll want to maintain a balanced intake of:
- Organic Grass-Fed Meats
- Free Range Chicken / Eggs
- Alaskan / Wild Caught Salmon

- Beans / Peas / Lentils
On rare occasions:
- Dairy / Wheat / Soy products – These are 3 Major Allergens
- Canned Foods

- Refined Carbs
