Monthly Wellness Workshops

West Suburban Wellness hosts monthly seminars on important wellness issues to keep you and your family as healthy as possible. Topics include nutrition, disease prevention, weight loss, stress management and more! We offer them free of charge to our patients, their family members, guests and members of our community.

Community Workshops

Led by the doctors of West Suburban Wellness, Community Workshops are designed to educate local organizations, schools and businesses interested in living healthier lives. West Suburban Wellness customizes each presentation to the needs of your group and focuses on key issues regarding health and wellness.

School District Partnerships

Our local schools are extremely important to the strength of our community. West Suburban Wellness donates service, resources and time to support the education of our local school children and assists in educating the importance of health and wellness for children.

Community Service

At West Suburban Wellness we strive to help our community through service. The doctors and staff provide community outreach throughout the year with various collections for local organizations. We work closely with non-profit organizations including: the Lombard-Villa Park Food Pantry and the Lombard Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Spinal Health Screenings

Spinal screenings are an off-site service we provide to educate local organizations and businesses on the importance of spinal health. Our doctors and staff donate their knowledge and time to educate community members on how chiropractic care can help them improve their overall state of well being and reach their maximum health potential.

Corporate Partnerships

West Suburban Wellness works with the business community through education on the importance of health in the workplace. We provide educational workshops, spinal health screenings and full-scale health fairs to help increase the productivity and health of company employees.
